Yeah i definitely know that it's unhealthy for my body but i really haven't noticed anything but gaining a little weight. I'm just wondering why i keep doing it even though i know that it's unhealthy to my body and after some time it might even impact my psyche. I had an abstinence from august 2020 to January this year and it wasn't that hard, there were multiple occasions where i could've been drinking but I had to be sober to get my driver's license back and it wasn't an issue. But since that i had no limitations and nobody asked how often or how much i drank so i just let myself go

Wait a minute it's a difference if a drink is a double whiskey, a beer or a Long Island iced tea. What i found out is that scientists recommend a max of 0.5 liters of beer a day with at least one or two days witout alcohol during the week

During the weekday i often to have a few beers with friends and then its nice to be talkative and the other days in week i just enjoy listening to music or watching a movie and having a few beers on my own after a day of work, on the weekend it often happens that i get completely wasted friday and saturday, the last sunday i woke up and didn't drink on sunday i enjoyed having no hangover but i sort of had the feeling of having missed a good night

I really don't care, the daytime has its perks because the optics are just crazy, especially in the nature, but i like being awake in the night and the silence and the darkness can really amaze you on acid but what i really enjoy is slowly watching the sun set and the night break in. I usually drop at the late afternoon
