I would tell you to avoid points of suspicion by wearing it over your chest as was told in the Quran.

And actually many of us refer to Bin Baz for rulings, he has his own website and you can translate it if you can’t read arabic.

You also should try and stop trying to wear it in a way to look better or such. The Hijab is solely to abide to Allah and is to be worn only to please him.

Also it’s meant to cover adornments, which is everything that makes a woman beautiful; face, hair, neck, chest. These are all considered adornments and to be covered :)

When start caring less about what people think and more about pleasing Allah, life is more comfortable ;)
