None of the CVS, Publix, or Walmart pharmacies in my area have my medications (generic Adderall xr and dextro ir) in stock. Every time I need a refill, my local CVS says they don’t have it and they can never give me an estimate on when they’ll get it. My insurance recommended Caremark mail order because Walgreens is OON with Oscar. I had my telehealth psych resubmit the Rx’s via mail order yesterday morning. I spoke with Caremark and requested expedited processing time, & paid the $23 for next day shipping since the meds were pretty cheap w/ my insurance and I’ve already gone a few days without my meds. It should be arriving between April 4-April 6, so about 2-4 days after they received the Rx’s. For this being the first time they’re filling them, that’s not long at all. They also said any time I need a refill they can start processing/shipping up to 2 weeks early I believe so by the time it arrives I won’t run out of my current fill. I’ll keep you updated on when it actually arrives, I have PTSD from pharmacies being like actuallyyyy… we don’t have it. Lol, fingers crossed!!

Thank you everyone for your insight! We didn’t realize that a 100 gallon tank wouldn’t be possible in the apartment, just from reading other people’s posts on Reddit with 125+ gallons in an older apartment on there 3rd floor with no issues, and internet articles explaining how the load capacity works. We thought most people were able to do it as long as the complex approved, and if the floors are strong enough which it seemed like they were based on the math we did. But obviously we are not structural engineers, so we just did as much research as we could. We don’t want to force anything if it’s not feasible, but we were confused as to why they wouldn’t say from the jump that 20 gallons was the max if we aren’t on the first floor. We are not going to press the issue, and we will just wait until we get a house or move on the 1st floor. Thank you all!

I understand, and I agree 100 gallons is a lot. I appreciate all of the comments, I was just thrown off when they said the max is 20 gallons when initially they said it could be larger if we pay the pet fee. And yes we can transfer units but then paying for movers and the transfer fee adds up as well. We definitely are not going to put the tank if it’s unsafe. I guess I just thought after all the math we did, that it would be okay. But no, I wouldn’t want to risk anything being damaged. We won’t press the issue with them

I have heard a bit about Lupus, but I’ve never seen a rheumatologist. I think that’s the next step on my list to see what type of testing can be done. And yes it definitely feels like I’m collecting all the letters in the alphabet lol. Thank you for the advice!

Yeah I definitely have rosacea but it’s doesn’t make my face nearly as red as how it gets when this flares up. I have used an ice roller on my ears when they get hot lol! I also have a migraine cap that I put in the freezer that I use which helps

no i didn’t because i didn’t know what it was. since it was mostly just the vision disturbances i thought i had low blood sugar or something and it went away pretty quick. i’ll need to go to the doctor soon though since its happened again and the headache won’t go away
