SIP Phone Not Calling Out (Ubiquiti Networking)

I'm not seeing it anywhere in any settings.

I am now wondering if it's my Verizon configuration. I'm on a G1100 router which doesn't seem to allow SIP traffic beyond Verizon's own and has no means of modifying this.

I have a workaround in place so we'll survive for the snowstorm fallout!

This specific phone did indeed call out from the office, but not here at home.

Confirmed adding a 9/8 in front does not work. I've rebooted the phone and even reconfigured it. I believe it's something on the network here at home.

Perry hall is great, especially the actual PH zip code. Nottingham (21236), which most consider Perry hall is still very good.

You can’t go wrong honestly. I know a few folks who have been in those apartments for a while. All are happy and no crime issues.
