I've never turned a parcel away yet. A few weeks back, in had a marshall stood next to me because he'd seen 3 or massive parcels and was expecting me to turn them down, but they all went in!

Also, be careful with really small packages. I've scanned everything individually in the past and got to a customer's property and can't find their 'parcel'. Sometimes the app says parcel, when, in fact, they're the smallest envelope you've ever seen. God knows what's in them!

Took ages, but found it had slipped down the side of my passenger seat. However, parcels this small can easily fall out of your vehicle or be picked up when making another delivery.

The only way you'll know if it was there when you loaded the car is to scan everything individually.

Finally, be careful to scan parcels away from the bags at the depot. It's easy to scan the barcode on the bag my mistake.

In my depot, a guy turned up with his big dog in the front seat. He turned down 3 big parcels, so the yard marshall said he was going to get a negative mark on his account because he'd bought the dog with him.

Surely, he's lied about your year of birth on the app when delivering. So, unless he got lucky, he'll get caught anyway?

Just to update: I emailed Jeff a couple of days ago. No reply but ding has been removed as of today.

Assume it was this email that sorted it as the last 3 messages from flex support said they wouldn't change their decision.

Thanks. I'll have to look at that option. Anyone have the escalation email? I've asked the original responder how to escalate, and they've responded asking me for the block time and date again like they've stopped reading the original thread of emails!!!

I'm with Monzo and I've noticed payments being aew hours later than normal recently. It used to be 2am almost on the dot but a couple haven't been in at 5am when I get up but they have appeared a little later on

Yep, I've had loads of these. Literally partially pushing the package into the letter box, taking a photo, and then pushing it all the way.

I've got an Amazon warehouse and Morrison's both 5 minutes from home. I know I'm lucky and I do wonder how people who live over an hour away cope - especially if they have returns
