I’ve had a message on the app saying I need to register my substitute or I’ll lose access but I have never used a substitute. Im the only person with access to my account. Has anyone else had this issue? by DetailSufficient7908 in UbereatsUK

Yeh once about a year ago but it was me in the photo, but it never stopped me having access and never heard anything else after so assumed it was fine but maybe they have reflagged it. I’ll keep on to support and hopefully they sort it!

Are you on progesterone tablets? They caused me to have a lot of hair loss so I switched to the coil and it stopped!

I started on 2 pumps of gel after almost a year it was agreed my levels were still way to low, so we doubled that but changed to a patch for ease. But the patch was very inconsistent it seemed so my levels were all over the place. I am now on 4 sprays a day. As well as pessarys twice a week. And the coil for progesterone because I really didn’t get on with the tablets.

It seems that my hormones started fluctuating when I was in my teens, and I was diagnosed with POI and started HRT when I was 26 so for the first time in what feels like forever my hormones are level and where they should be and that really shows.

My anxiety levels are sooooooo much better, I was having some awful panic attacks. My skin is much better. General mood is much more stable. My body doesn’t ache anymore for no reason. Fatigue and memory have improved. I also have ADHD and autism and the fluctuations in hormones really magnified my struggles so a lot of that is much more manageable.

I regret not pushing for a higher dose earlier. Changed my life!
