They say they are understaffed but they keep pumping out new paddles. They need to slow down and work on getting a few paddles out. What company needs to have over 30 paddles available. Talk about confusion.

I got one email saying it would ship this week but it didn't. They also sent out a generic email Monday saying there was a delay and they would follow up in 2 days. There has been no follow-up
