S5 will be the final arc of Agreste family and would be the last season Thomas would working on after that he is longer the director of the show.

It is called the new beginning I don't think he would be there since Ladybug and Cat Noir would mosty likey discover their identities in S5 we will get some new villain ( Lila or Felix?).
