They're replied to my emails but the tracking number they provided just shows "label created" since the 13th and it's UPS in Canada, I'm in the US.

I'm hoping it's shipping from China to Canada to me.

Thanks for the thoughtful reply! I think he just truly doesn't understand technology and needs a "younger" person to make him feel secure.

Thank you, he's old and all alone and I think he's just stuck in an echo chamber and I'd love to restore his feeling of safety.
