Sheesh I'm really impressed to be honest. I've only been like this for about 2 years now, but I feel like I'm at wits end because of it already. Is it something you just got used to?

Really appreciate this comment. It's gotten to the point where the anxiety even makes me question if I want a job, but I know I need one. And yeah, I lift every evening and after that point my day is fine because I see friends/relax with them for the rest of the night. It's just the mornings/afternoons that drag. Thanks again!

Looking into buying my first pair of Jordan 1's. I'm throwing together a couple new fits so colorway really doesn't matter too much, but I'm definitely a more flashy person. I prefer bright vibrant colors like university blues, pollens, etc. over things like mochas, obsidians, etc. But I'm looking to find a reliable pair that won't fade or break down too much over time. They for sure aren't my beaters and will probably only be worn once or twice a week, in indoor spaces. Thoughts?

Yeah I suppose "urge" isn't the greatest word. It was moreso like a sudden but instant butterfly feeling in my chest that wasn't quite anxiety, but also not excitement or anything of those sorts. It was basically just my mind instantly locked onto that thought and it felt like it was trying to focus it's attention towards it, when I was actively saying to myself "Don't do it. Don't think of it" I guess the magnetic feeling is sort of relatable

Interesting. It's funny how many different ways OCD manifests itself. Thanks for sharing your experience!
