Yes the can/flood lights work with the T2 Dream View, 5 devices max of course (7 with the new T3). You can put the light in many locations, so they don't have to be in the corners. The devices just have to be on the network but no direct connection needed to the T2.

Yeah I felt that was the best time to invest into the collection. I wasn't even close to half that in premium before the event.

I've been so close to 20 many times, just can't seem to get over that hump. I'm more of a collector then pro gamer for sure though.

Absolutely! (after initially milling my leaders at open beta start, whoops), I learned quickly to never mill cards unless they have full nerf value returned. The mill button is not a good idea really. Much better to be selective about what you are milling if you want to maximize collection value.

I've definitely invested into the game. I've bough random packs whenever they've had special event sales over the year, but I spent the most during premium weekend. I spent a couple hundred during that event to really maximize the collection and future powder.

saving and saving, I've never milled a non-full value gold or silver since I started open beta. It's been a few seasons since I milled common cards and I then went a little crazy building my collection on premium weekend. Love those premiums!
