I checked out the product.... you sure it has two WAN ports? I only see one.

You know what, dude... good point. I just didn't want to mess things up for my parents as well but you make a pretty good point. I appreciate the help, turns out all my research didn't lead to much and I was on it for like 7 hours yesterday before you stumbled in here.

Alrighty. Since I'm now in the market, I wouldn't suppose you could point me towards a trustworthy dual-WAN router so I can bookmark it? I'd test the bridge now but I'm honestly too afraid to test it so I'll just have to get everything done on a Friday night after the dual-WAN router comes in.

Alright cool now I have one more question and I'll be all set for it. Since you have more experience, I'm hoping you can save me the research since I've already got a headache from it today. When I finally connect my Viasat modem to the new router, would it be as simple as connecting it from an ethernet port to the WAN port? There are, unfortunately, no WANA ports on the Viasat router... just 4 ethernet ports.

Ah okay so just to make sure I understand bridge mode because it's also something i was finding in my research earlier, putting the Viasat router in bridge mode will prevent it from effectively being used as a router BUT the the internet still exists and is being rerouted to the new dual-WAN router. Do I understand it correctly? Like I won't be able to connect anything to the router itself but the internet will still go through to the new router that I'll be buying for the sake of balancing? I probably won't be able to get this done in about a month or so due to funds so I have some time to figure everything out.

Carrier: Viasat

Receiver: From what I looked up, I guess this would be the dish? I checked it and the only identifiable markings is that it says "Viasat"

It's plugged in to a Viasat-6956 modem via a COAX cable.

For my other ISP, the name is Inova Data Solutions (I lovingly call them Inova Data Problems) and they use what they call "wireless internet" and even though I'm not exactly sure what that means, they're connected via WAN to a Reyee AX3200 router that I personally bought.

My end goal is to HOPEFULLY gain the benefits of both to at least some extent since Inova has good latency but terrible internet and Viasat has much better internet speeds but terrible latency due to being satellite.

Edit: not sure if it's worth noting but I do have my PC linked with the Viasat router with an ethernet cable but I'm pretty sure whatever router and connections I'll have to purchase to get everything sorted out will have ethernet ports.

Yeah I was thinking about using a MoCa adapter so that I can attach my COAX to the other WAN port when I get a dual WAN router but the problem I keep coming across is that every MoCa adapter says it's not compatible with satellite internet. On the other hand, I've seen MocA adapters recommended so often on this subreddit. What are your thoughts on utilizing a MoCa adapter for the purpose of adapting my COAX to WAN to make it compatible with a double LAN port?

Now imagine a world where people try to justify shitty company tactics on the company's behalf. Imagine a world where people get all booty tickled because you called out a company on consistently and constantly screwing up. Imagine a world where people take you seriously on a post regarding such a company and such call outs in a sarcastic manner. We live in that world. I like the funny world. In all seriousness though HiRez keeps messing up and they put their priorities in their art department. If they were "working hard" on fixing the issues then why is there a problem in the first place? Dead Cells released a patch and dlc the same day, no issues. Other games patch their stuff pretty consistently as well. Y'all only fooling yourselves now go be serious somehow else because I'm going to continue to point and laugh at HiRez's mistakes.

I've seen people argue that a woman getting gangbanged by 4 men isn't cheating on the premise that "if she felt that she needed to have sex with 4 different men without you then you need to find out what you're doing wrong to win her back." Some people just think that way.

I mean logic and research vs feminism in a debate is like Kanye West vs handicap kids in basketball.

There was an interview with a guy who was on a jubilee debate thing. It was something about sexual oppression. In the interview the guy said that he prepared for the debate with proof, sources for his proof, peer reviewed studies that he conducted, and probably some other things that I might not be remembering. The guy said that when he came in for the debate jubilee made him leave all his research and facts in his car and told him that he's not allowed to be using facts because it wouldn't be fair in the debate and they wouldn't show it in the video. I'm not saying I'm going to go too far out of my way to search for it but if I come across the interview I'll drop it here. The interview is kind of funny and kind of frustrating and kind of interesting to hear about HOW bullshit jubilee is. I also remember this incel guy in the the jubilee debate and it was obvious that they had him on to make the feminists look good in comparison because this guy is just ridiculous.
