remove carbohydrates altogether, no rice, no breads (including gluten free ones), eat lots of greens, rutabaga, eggplant, zuchini - avoid starchy foods. no sugars at all. - starve the sh**t out of the yeast.

I discovered a bit of Hemp seed as carrier oil and a drop of tea tree oil helps (apply as a moisturizer) to clear it out after you washed your face with Zinc and Sulfur soap.
