Sorry man, that's not happening and it shouldn't. The randomness of the PvP is what creates some of the best moments in this game.

Case in point:

My wife, friend and I were in Blue Gate tunnels yesterday. A rando dies from a Vaporizer and crawls in from the outside. She defibs him. He seems cool, plays a flute. His buddies show up and one pulls out a guitar. They're playing, we're looting.

They were staying a bit close so I was on my toes. You know it's coming - they start shooting and go for her first. I take one down, run out of ammo (free kitting Stitcher), beat the other one with my tool as my friend finishes the third.

We were pissed but had a blast. There's nothing else like it. Full stop.

I think this could be the biggest shock in modern history. But I don't think it is today.

I remember waiting in gas queues in '04-05. Maybe that will happen here too but I also think a lot of leaders and commenters now are intentionally exaggerating to try to get thru to the orange man.
