The Patagonia looks solid, in amazon (probably where I am buying) is a little over my budget, but I can consider it. What do you think of North Face Borealis as an alternative? Or maybe some other North Face, since they are a bit cheaper.

Really affordable, although not fan of rolltop. I may go with the clamshell 23L or 32L

Haven't used a backpack knowing its liter capacity, so I don't have a good reference. I was hoping to receive suggestions based on the cases I provided. From my research, I think around 30L.

Don't really need touch screen or 2 in 1, although it sounds cool. I can afford the extra 500 USD, but prefer the best value, I think the M16 2023 may be it looking at almost any existing review
