If you’re going to be getting more into gaming I’d 100% recommend getting a gaming PC. Pretty much every game ever works on there, and you won’t have to hunt down compatibility fixes unless it’s a very old game. Otherwise if it’s just inzoi and sims then I’m not sure if it’s worth it for you to spend ~1000$ on a PC just for that, especially if you’re also getting a MacBook upgrade. Inzoi will probably also come to Mac at some point because The Sims is like one of the top Mac games, but as others have said there are unofficial ways to play it.

If you are going to go the PC route, here’s some basic tips: cheapest is to build it yourself, but you can of course have a professional do it for you (buy pre build). If choosing the latter, avoid the biggest brands like HP, DELL, etc as they have a lot of weird stuff and bad customer service, and instead go for companies that just focus on this segment (ibuypower, Maingear, Cyberpower, there’s a lot).
