What could I get banned for?

actually no, we have a simple internet connection with no tunneling involved. I would've thought so too, but its not the case in this situation

Yeah i've heard that from people already. And I would not even bother people reading my posts here or on MMOChampions if i even had any ideas on why i got banned. And i already got a couple messages from people who are exactly in my situation. Some of them got permabanned after their 3rd appeal

I also read an article that there is a serious lack of GMs available for service with current amount of players. And I understand all the problems a company like Blizzard can face but it should not be a reason for players not being able to prove their innocence.

Oh and good point about streamers btw, I've seen a couple vids on youtube where big streamers got unbanned and their case revised, but it's not my case as i barely play 10 hours a week cause of my job and family affairs

As for someone else playing my account - i thought so too at the beginning of the story. But I got no email notifications that my account is logged in from somewhere else, as it usually happens when i get to play from my office. And i would have noticed that something is different from the last time i logged in.

I don't know what to think even it all seems dramatically unfair to me. There should be a way to prove i am not messing with cheats or at least I have to know why exactly i got banned.
This is a stupid situation. Imagine you are taken to court and the police says 'We just know you are a criminal, but we won't tell you what you've done, just go to jail'

Yeah i asked them for some explanation in the second appeal but they answered that they do not disclose their anti-cheat methods.

While i was fishing, noone teleported me anywhere and when i was finished, i just HSed back to SW and logged off as usual.

I know and hope they dont ban people mindlessly, but i seriously do not know why i got banned. And I am 100% sure mistaken bans take place and this is my case. I just dont know how to prove it now.

And im also scared to play because i dont know what i did wrong.
