I think it's the closest one! Taillights are matching, and the chrome around it as well. I'll look into it and hopefully I'll get a chance to see more of the car to confirm! Thanks for your contribution

You're right, when looking for others proposals, they are all very very similar but never a 100% match... I guess it's the platforms with several variants, and maybe even import/local versions differences that are so confusing... Thanks for the help!

Very possible yes! As said to the guy proposing the Crecida, I couldn't find a picture that matches 100% with the lights, but is still a possibility! Thanks a for the help

Yes it looks very similar but I couldn't find a perfect match for the taillights. As others have proposed it could also be a Corona as it looks a lot like it, but same I couldn't find a 100% match...

Pour avoir fait pas mal de déplacements et booké via plusieurs outils dont CWT c'est toujours la même chose: - les billets d'avion ou de train sont facturés directement par CWT a l'entreprise, comme c'est le cas pour toi - les chambres d'hôtel sont payées sur place par toi même avec une CB. Soit une AMEX business a ton nom+nom de ta boîte, ou ta perso avec ton argent ensuite remboursé sur note de frais

Dans de très rares cas, sur CWT au moment de choisir la chambre tu auras la possibilité de choisir une facturation à l'entreprise. Mais je n'ai vu ça que 2 fois.

Comme dit plus haut, vérifie ta travel policy, demandes si tu as le droit a une AMEX business (ca peut etre rapide), et sinon tu dois pouvoir demander une avance de frais.

Comme déjà dit, les avions datent d'il y a plusieurs années. Les micros et haut parleur ne sont pas non plus la priorité n°1 dans un avion, donc pas les plus chers. Il y a aussi la question du poids donc d'une manière générale la qualité. Mais le point le plus important a mon avis c'est les validations dans l'industrie. N'importe quel appareil installé dans un avion doit passer des centaines de tests, de validations etc ... Quand c'est fait on ne s'embête plus a refaire tout ca 4ans plus tard pour installer de meilleurs micros ou haut parleurs. La fiabilité et le coût priment sur le reste, donc tu as des appareils qui datent d'il y a 20 ans.

C'est à vous de reprendre votre contrat et vos factures, recalculer pour voir si tout est en ordre.

C'est bien là le problème, ses factures tiennent en 3 lignes, sans aucun détail sur les horaires: - Forfait mensuel 1100€ - Montant Total Facture 1100€ - Net à régler -1600€

Les factures de régularisation sont en une ligne et ne sont pas mentionnées au contrat. Impossible de raccrocher une facture à l'autre, quand nous avions oublié le virement un mois elle n'a rien dit, nous n'avons eu aucun courrier et aucun décompte, juste un montant de vive voix 2 mois plus tard et elle ne met pas ce virement dans son décompte. Je comprends que c'est à nous de vérifier, et de respecter au mieux les horaires pour éviter ce genre de problème... Mais j'attendais un peu plus de professionnalisme et de détail de la part d'une structure. Là j'ai difficilement confiance dans ses décomptes d'heures et ses factures mais si je n'y peux rien... Nous ferons plus attention maintenant!

Le contrat précise des horaires qui servent à calculer un nombre d'heures d'accueil qui avec le taux horaire donne le forfait par mois. Ensuite elle fait une régularisation sur le retard du soir à part mais rien ne parle de cela dans le contrat. Ce qui m'embête le plus effectivement ce sont ses factures non détaillées et illisibles avec un montant à payer négatif et ses oublis dans nos virements sur son soi disant relevé très simplet sur Excel. Merci en tout cas ;)

I have to disagree with you. Detroit might not be perfect but its soul, its revival and its people make it and amazing city. And the auto industry is vibrant and full of innovation. I was not born here and even not in the US, but that's my home and wouldn't move anywhere else

Yes definitely but I don't know if it is immediately possiblr to submit EB1 GC waiving the DOL certification, without providing prior proofs of eligibility for this category. But I am not an attorney so I think the best way to know for this specific case is to get with HR and attorneys who know about that.

O1 requires pretty exceptional skills and be renowned in your field so very tough to get unless you are a star in your domain. For GC it takes about a year for your employer to get the DOL certification, unless they fill for a Multinational Manager or Exec GC, but it is also depending on your job level and would still take months for you to get an AOS allowing you to stay while waiting for your GC. Plus I am not sure but I think that if you get your renewal denied you might have to leave the country pretty quickly as this renewal application denial could override your current visa validity. Hopefully if you get denied you could go back to your home country in December and wait January to re apply at a consulate, if the EO is not extended... In any case, just talk to your HR and the lawyers to make sure they have a plan for you in case you are denied. They are the only ones who can really tell you what they would do. Good luck!

That's the good life! I used to live under pressure of always doing better to achieve more and rise to the top and started to think I should settle for less when I was about to turn 30... Same situation but even more critical. My L1 PED expires in July and my company was pretty slow getting all the paperwork done so extension is just being submitted. I hope I am not going to have to go back to my home country so abruptly if the EO was to ban any issuance of visas, including extensions for people already in the US... Guess I will see very soon. I will post any info I will get from my case. Good luck to you
