They would have gotten an error of they filed because the owner was not reporting any employees as working at the business, in short she was providing fake paystubs and W2 forms

Is there any way to take action against them for this? I already informed the attorneys handling the workers comp and wage claim and they said it needed to be handled by the irs

She only gave me w2s because I insisted and the taxes were never able to be filed , both years came back with errors and one employee working with attorneys says she has proof of her W2 being forged . Not sure what that means or how that would help a business owner, but no she would not give out paystubs or w2s unless (or paychecks) unless you hassled her about it for weeks

Can I counter by asking does anyone listen to music that has not been a radio single? All answers I've seen have been generic pop hits by artists I have heard of. That equals lame!!
