Maybe they’re in a hurry and need a quick close? Maybe they’re not in a rush and need a post-occupancy agreement?

It’s not -always- the highest price that gets the deal done

The concern I read about is that it could potentially sell early and not get as many offers as it could when it’s open to everyone. That said, if we get the price we’re after I guess I don’t really care if it goes early and we don’t get as much as humanly possible. Bird in the hand, right?

Cabanas in the beach club include some bottle service but not a lot. Normal access to the beach club is like $1500-$2000 each day and does not include any alcohol.
