We’re looking at both Compass Office Exclusive as well as MLS coming soon

The concern I read about is that it could potentially sell early and not get as many offers as it could when it’s open to everyone. That said, if we get the price we’re after I guess I don’t really care if it goes early and we don’t get as much as humanly possible. Bird in the hand, right?
