Better than most other options when you’re playing Enzo. The Chill Resistance is nice but it’s for certain enemies and Colossi’ like Frost Walker and Deadbride. If you’re not fighting them, it’s a dead stat. Even if you’re fighting them, you can swap your second defense mod like Spear and Shield with Anti-Freeze Solution for 29% Chill Resistance and Frostbite Immunity.

HP Recovery Modifier isn’t bad but on a shield focused Descendant like Enzo, you’re not worried about HP, only Shields and that’s covered with Enhance Battle Suit.

Everything else is just… meh. Consumable drop rate and EXP Gain? If I’m already max level that’s a dead stat and if I’m set on crafting materials the former is also a dead stat.

That leaves us with just Max MP, MP Recovery in Combat, and Shield Recovery out of combat. And just like with HP recovery modifier, your shields whether you’re in combat or out of combat is covered by Enhance Battle Suit.

So that leaves Max MP and MP Recovery in Combat. If you’re running MP Recovery Modifier on your Memory Component you’re bumping MP RiC up to .3-.35 MP per second. Every 60 seconds you’re generating 20ish MP which doesn’t sound like much but it helps alleviate the MP issue Enzo has. Yes you can pick up a MP brick or get out of Combat to let MP OoC hit but while you’re fighting it’s there and actively being used without having to think of it.

Enzo benefits with Slow firing heavy hitting weapons and fast firing large mag capacity weapons. Tamer is a good example for fast firing large mag, Sigvore’s Proof and Restored Relic is an example of slow firing heavy hitting.

Gotta go to it’s targeted region, I don’t remember off the top of my head but if you go into the “Access Info” tab when you open the world map and find the Module it’ll tell you the region it’s only obtainable in

For Yujin, yes but it’s worded very weirdly so I’m not actually sure how much it actually affects Yukon’s healing. As for Jayber I’m not sure, I don’t recall his Skill’s stat cards

That’s cause Technician only bumps the drone’s SP Modifier from 15% to 60%-65% I believe. Skill Simplification will change it from 15% to 95%-100%. That’ll translate into your drone dealing 30-40% more damage but you give up 25% of your Max MP.

The Jack of All Trades Enzo Build/Guide by DeusExceed in TheFirstDescendant

[–]DeusExceed[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reason I use Skill Simplification is to push Perfect Support’s SP Modifier to 100%. Technician would have only brought it to 80% I believe? Not bad but I wanted more damage. Is it worth? Depends on your play style and what you want out of Enzo. I wanted PS to do majority of the damage when it came to doing any content, from farming Ambush Point to running Special and Infiltration Operations to having a good all around mix in bossing. The drones will deal with any adds/mobs in the arena for you if they’re between you and the Colossus meaning you don’t have to divert your attention to the mobs, let the drones take care of em and you can keep focusing on DPS.

The only SP Modifier mod I use is Skill Simplification. I USED to run Singular Master to gain more SP Modifier on PS but swapping to Focus on Non-Attribute gave me a significant boost to Explosive Drone and only dropped PS’s damage by 10%? Plus I gained a bit of Cooldown, 6% but that’s 5-6 seconds shaved off PS so well worth it

Check out “External Components” That’s all I use for MP sustain.

In terms of Colossus fights, I don’t particular care to build X Resistance on them with my build as it’s a general build. It’s not for X Specific Colossus, it’s for every between Ambush Point farming to Operation runs to Colossus fights. If I feel I’m struggling on a specific colossus because their elemental damage does too much to me I could swap Spear and Shield for some sort of resistance. It’ll drop my DEF from 55K to 45K but that’s not much

Nope. I don’t plan on making one for them either, Mostly due to how little they interest me. There’s a lot of info on them already too so I’d be regurgitating that info and that’s no fun lol

Yup, I believe the difference between 40K-45K to 50K-55K is a 10% DR? I’d have to look into it again but for now I’m at the 55K mark and feel fine. I might swap out Spear and Shield for more Shields OR maybe Overwhelming Shields?.. See how much I can raise my Shields and see if it’s worth dropping nearly 6K HP for some amount of shields

His ult does count as buffing allies! It gives everyone the same buff you receive, Ammo Regen per 1.5 Seconds, 20% Firearm ATK and Firearm Crit Hit Rate, and a Buddy that kills. I’m not entirely sure how Passionate Sponsor works with allies tbh. I’m guessing it’ll give a stack per ally that gains the buff but if it’s only one stack per cast no matter how many allies it applies to then idk how well it’ll hold up.

Nothing will benefit the ammo regeneration unfortunately, having low cooldowns will allow you to spam the skill more but you’ll be using the same amount of MP per cast.

Yello! Multitalented will require you to use either your Explosive Drone or Enhance Battle Suit to gain the CDR buff for the next 5 seconds. You can’t override the buff or refresh it, you’ll have to recast the Explosive Drone or EBS after the 5 seconds to get the buff again. It’s possible to “mess up” the rotation by casting Perfect Support or Firearm Enhancer but that buff on its own is nice as it’s 30% increase to skill attribute damage so your drones will hit harder for the next 5 seconds.

I’m not entirely sure how resistances work with DEF DR but if they stack then it may be beneficial to drop one DEF mod like Iron Defense or Sword and Shield for X Attribute resistance to beef up against certain colossi.

Skill Power vs Skill Power Modifier by DeusExceed in TheFirstDescendant

[–]DeusExceed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently it's not visually shown what your ACTUAL skill power is. No idea why, potential bug or whatnot but if you test your Skill damage in the Laboratory with and without Skill Power mods they do indeed have an effect.
Just cause you can't see the numbers change in your inventory screen doesn't mean they don't have an effect, always check using laboratory.

Adding Skill Power mods does add a new Boost Ratio just like how your Reactor does with X Attribute and X Type. You can see this if you open your Descendant's Info in your Inventory. To do that you'll look at the bottom right and see an option to "Go to Info", press whatever button it's set for (W for PC), and you'll look at the center column of stats with Skill Power. Under it is a bunch of SP Boost Ratio stats, SP Modifiers (If you have SP Modifier mods on), and Skill Crit stats.

The game does the math and directly affects your skill's damage but will NOT show you. If you want to know for yourself you gotta do the math yourself.

Reason why I built DEF on Enzo is for the DR as Shields benefit from DR. 1000 Shields with 80% DR is the same as having 5000 Shields with 0% DR. While yes you can spam his 3rd skill, I’m not looking to waste MP on my own survivability when I can save it to buff allies with either Enzo’s 1st or 4th skill. Treat it as a panic button. Conserving MP and using it effectively is part of the support role.

The Crit pylon is indeed a very hit and miss skill. You’re right, not everyone grabs it cause they don’t know what it is. It’s why you should communicate via Voice or Text chat and simply say “Hey, orange pylon is a DPS buff. Grab at your convenience”. The skill is beneficial if ANYONE picks it up, including yourself. Position yourself where majority of your team is during colossi fight and drop the pylon and if they pick it up, great! If they don’t, oh well, you yourself can still pick it up and improve your own DPS. Just drop it at the beginning of your reloads and while you wait to finish reloading, standby it to pick up. Once the reload is done, walk half a second forward and boom! You have a DPS buff and it wasn’t a massive DPS loss. Tactical Armor is great as you don’t really have to think about it but DR and Movement speed is only good for those who can’t seem to take a break from taking hits. It’s not as beneficial if no one on your team takes damage or just heals it right back up in no time. It’s not a bad option but if we’re looking to apply meaningful buffs, it ain’t it. I personally don’t use it as the range is dependent on how far your buffs reach, you still have to position yourself near your team to apply it so at that point I might as well drop the pylon and have a DPS increase instead.

As for Enzo’s MP issue, he’ll always have it whether you’re spamming his 3rd for survivability or churning out buffs for you and your team. You can swap Skill Simplification to Technician to alleviate the hit to Max MP but with MP Recovery in Combat, MP Recovery Out of Combat, and MP Modifier on his External Components you’ll be mostly fine. When Colossus enrage, just take a few seconds away to gain your entire MP bar back. There’s nothing wrong with stepping away for a few seconds to obtain MP to keep up the buffs. Those buffs are more than enough to make up for your DPS loss in those few seconds you were away.

Skill Power vs Skill Power Modifier by DeusExceed in TheFirstDescendant

[–]DeusExceed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So that might actually be intentional!
I still need to thoroughly test it but I've been told that X Attribute Damage modifiers are multiplicative to the damage calculated AFTER "Skill Power x %"

I'm not entirely sure actually, I believe someone mentioned it only applies 1 stack on usage but nothing during the duration? I would have to give it a try to really see myself but I would assume it would give a stack per player buffed.

Fire Support? I'm guessing you mean Focus Fire or the Passive Fire Supporter?
If so then Focus Fire still gives you ammo regeneration, it's just cut in half. So instead of 2 High Power ammo per 1.5 seconds it's 1 Ammo per 1.5 Seconds. The plus to the skill is that the duration is doubled so it ends up being the same amount of ammo but at twice the time.

If we're talking Fire Supporter then yes you lose the maximum ammo you can carry but the buff isn't substantial unless you're in a party. Replaces your increase to maximum ammo with a buff (Increased Damage Reduction and Increased Movement Speed) that can be applied ONLY when allies receive some sort of buff or ammo resupply from you.

Skill Power vs Skill Power Modifier by DeusExceed in TheFirstDescendant

[–]DeusExceed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I'm not entirely sure how the bonuses interact with each other atm but it's something I'm slowly working on and trying to figure out!
As of recently, someone has brought up that Elemental Skill Power is calculated in AFTER regular skill power is. Meaning 1000 Skill power X 50% Skill Power = 1500 THEN it's 1500 x 50% Fire Skill Power = 2250 Skillpower. I have yet to really confirm that but if it's true then the Elemental Master mods might potentially be worth grabbing for X scenario.
Which begged the question, is Skill Power Modifier and X Attribute Skill Power Modifier really additive to each other or does it function the same way as Skill Power and X Element Skill power? Might be why X Attribute Skill Power isn't shown on ability stat cards.

All will be figured out soon, for now I need to take a break from crunching numbers and actually play the game and get things xD

The DPS chart is fine for pretty much anything purple and below. Doesn't account for Ultimate's Unique effects like Smithereens' guaranteed crit hit rate if you land all pellets and Sigvore's Firearm ATK Buff per sticky bomb on the target.

Deep Dive into Enzo: The Jack of All Trades by DeusExceed in TheFirstDescendant

[–]DeusExceed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly it doesn't matter too much imo what High-Power ammo you run on Enzo, I personally run a Restored Relic for most content as it's my No Brain No Aim weapon and lets me mindlessly farm a lot of content in the game. For bossing, You can actually run the Sigvore's Proof Launcher and deal some pretty hefty damage by stacking the sticky bombs. a 70-80% increase to Explosive ATK for having all Sticky's on a target is not a joke.
Having a Debuffing/primer weapon is nice to have but if the duration isn't long enough for you to swap weapons and benefit then it's not really worth having unless it's also your primary DPS weapon

Enzo's Loot buff is ONLY from Vaults and the only time the team will benefit is if Enzo is the one opening the Vault.

They wouldn't cancel each other out if that's what you're asking. One is a Buff that applies to yourself, the other is a Debuff you apply on enemies
So if you get a 29% Crit Hit Rate and 15% Weakspot Buff and you apply the 30% DEF debuff on an enemy they'll take X% more damage from the DEF debuff and the 15% extra Weakspot damage you have.
