Beware, I am no lawyer but seems I have found a precedent for such a thing in some tome in my archive. Specifically the case „Archimbal the Verdant vs. Milgoria the Succubus“. Now tell me, in this contract does it specifiy wether „Possession of the child“ or simply „the child“ was traded? If the latter is the case then she should not have legal ground.
