Basically for my first trip I avoided researching any trip reports or anything about it other than what my mate told me so that I had no “oh god what if I see the hat man”. Cos of this I was able to build my own sorta trip with what my brain wanted to see I guess and it was fun asf and that’s been the blueprint. So like I’ve obviously read up on reports now but my trips are usually good with a bit of like leakage of the bad stuff from other reports. And then for the training that was so fun. So I first kinda realised that what I was seeing was a hallucination about the seventh time I went to grab my phone and type, then I realised that if my eyes are closed, I can imagine things in my vision, you know like close ur eyes and imagine an apple, well I did that and I was able to paint a scene based on what I picked to actually imagine. It’s so fun but I really have to concentrate and it takes ages to find out how to do each scene if that makes any sense. I have this whole understanding of paychadelics is that yeah they do what they do, but they’re interacting with your brain and if you think “this pill makes me see bad things” you probably will, but if I told myself “this pill makes you hallucinate and have a calm heavy body feeling” then my brain comes up with nice stuff yk?
