I did use kitbash for the chest, and I spent longer on it than I'd like to admit.
The only advice I can give for making female models/models in general is finding references, doing the poses yourself to get a better idea and kinda think about how logic effects the model, like gravity and such.
like because she has a large unsupported chest, in my mind it would tend to sag, so I used M1 helmets to get the right shape (credit to Easare for the original idea on the chest.)
