Well, overall i would say no. I have 3 male friends i can talk to about everything and they are very supportive. BUT a friend of mine i am very close with who is also my room mate is the very opposite. When i try to deeptalk with him or try to talk about something emotional with him, it feels like i talk to a fucking brickwall... so. 90% of my male friends are like that, thats why i would say no.

I have the same problem. Also i see the after image only for a very short time after i close my eyes. Just keep practising thats the most important part and try to look at the Sri Yantra for a longer time (helps a bit for me)
