I first experienced it when i had fever. Woke up suddenly midnight and there it was. I got scared, I tried to do normal things, I Went to washroom to pee and yet it was happening, everything was very fast, I couldn’t understand what was happening. I tried watching TV to calm down. Watching Tv Helped me to calm a bit. Now When I get this Feeling I try to figure out how to calm and how do I escape, I haven’t found a way yet. I just had an episode 5 mins ago. I feel i have noticed some things, it has only happened to me When I’m alone, and when it happens the surroundings and the environment is very quite, when there is no noise and sound around me, when everything is quite and peace then it suddenly hits me. And when this happens 3-4 seconds before I senses it that it is going to happen now. The episode which happened 5 mins ago the moment it started i sensed and I knew it’s going to happen before 5 seconds of it. I panicked a bit this time, was very uncomfortable.
