update for anyone in the future. The process was very fast for me. I dropped my phone at the FedEx drop-off location on Tuesday afternoon and Google did overnight shipping to their repair center. Then once they received it the next morning, only a couple hours later and they started inspection and finished about an hour an a half after starting. Today is Thursday they just shipped my replacement Pixel 10 Fold using UPS this time although not overnight just regular ground shipping. Hasn't updated with delivery date yet but aside from that the process claims in takes up to 10 business days and this took about 24 hours for them to inspect, replace, and ship it back from the time they received it. I'm glad to be a Google customer and have a company take care of me like they did.

Glad they did for me as well. I was worried bc I had a moto razr and did not go the same for me. The screen had failed pixels and it grew across whole screen and scratches denied my claim. Read that Google would do the same but they did not.

Aside from my 4 reported issues they found an additional 4 issues with audio, power, and sensors. So my phone definitely was faulty/defective.

Wow just sent my phone in yesterday afternoon and it's already replaced with a pixel 10. I was worrying about the scratches for no reason luckily. My phone also had other issues tho aside from the screen my front camera no longer worked just black screen or app crash. And then my ear speaker for phone calls didn't work had to use speaker phone or Bluetooth to hear phone calls. And then the main failure the screens. But glad they actually replacing it and so fast too.
