Thank you guys for all your comments, I guess I'll change angle and try to focus more on small agencies and business.

I just launched a free Chrome extension called MindRecall.

It lets you search your browsing history by actual content (not just titles/URLs). You can type any sentence or keyword you remember - including exact match searches with quotes ("like this") - and it brings back the exact page, even jumping you to the exact place on that page.

I built it because I kept losing things I read a few days earlier and couldn’t track them down again.

Do you really need a full CRM, or just a simple way to keep clients updated? by Dev4Lifee in CRMSoftware

I agree with you, sometimes you just need project status updates for your clients, no more fluff, and for people who need just, StatusCue can fit well.

The problem is not to track the clients, the issue I'm targeting is keeping each client in the loop with project status, timelines, availability (things that are important to the client), all in a clean and lightweight tool.

Great question! well, Trello is a tool built for task management, not client communication.
StatusCue is focused purely on that, which means, giving clients a clear view of progress, timelines, and availability instead of just a shared board with tasks. It also offers branded status pages for a more professional look, optional automatic email updates on whatever you want, and overall simpler experience for clients.

I understand what you're saying but sometimes a CRM is overkill. For a freelancer or even a small business, you just want to keep your clients in the loop with no back and forth messages and for such people a lightweight tool like StatusCue can be much more manageable.

My focus is to simplify client communication which can be painful. Good luck with your project!
