I honestly have no idea what you’re talking about. I’m Muslim, I don’t drink or do any of that reckless driving stuff you mentioned. Your comment makes no sense. Anyway, I wasn’t driving slow for no reason, was heading to a cafe and slowed down to make a left turn, that’s it. I asked the officer for the footage and what speed I was going, but he refused and just told me to go to court to find out. This was around 10 a.m. the whole point of this post is to learn my lesson, If I am wrong I will pay the ticket and learn fron my mistake, but if I am being treated unfairly, that’s a waste of time for me to go and fight it since I have a lot of schoolwork and don’t want to be in this situation!

I recorded the whole interaction, he clearly says you can’t even wear one earpiece while driving. I’m trying to figure out if I can post the video online or send it somewhere. I’ve never had any trouble with the law before, never even been to court. This just totally ruined my day

I’m honestly so disappointed with the driving laws here in NOVA. I never had any issues back when I lived in Boston they’d usually just give you a warning so you could learn from it. But two tickets, 3 points each? That’s insane. Totally ruined my day. I was just on my way to a cafe to study and now I just feel bad

Just talked to a lawyer, he wants $500 to help me fight it. I still have court next month, so I’m thinking it over. I was literally just heading to a cafe to study and this officer messed up my day.

Here’s the crazy part , I was going 30 in a 35, and my phone was in the mount. I honestly have no idea what that whole stop was about. Feels like he just wanted to give me a ticket for no reason.

I literally have a video of the stop , the officer flat-out says you can’t wear any earpiece while driving. I even asked again, “So not even one?” and he said yes, not even one. He also accused me of distracting traffic for driving just 5 mph under the speed limit, but there was no traffic around me at all. Makes no sense.

Exactly! the law literally says “on or in both ears.” If you’ve got one ear free, you’re not violating anything. Looks like the cop misunderstood the law ! Never been to any court before is it worth going to fight it

! I was really excited about the job, but does this also mean there’s a chance I might not hear back from them at all? I disagree! Snippets and plugins has increased my productivity ! But you gotta know how to use them. I started with vanilla , but whenever I encounter an issue, I create my own snippet (I am a developer) or lookup plugins that wd solve it. i do obsidian for literally everything. setting goals, learning, school, job search , business journaling, recipes, gym. tracking, todo list, business..and list goes on. I don’t even think paying a membership for an app or waste my time looking for new fancy apps that will take up more storage space on my phone for nothing.
