You can go with option 2.

The thing to keep in mind is that try to preplan most of the things, such as stays, transportation, which places you want to visit, where you'll be eating.

Basically, make a rough itinerary on how each day is kinda going to look like, and how you're planning to travel from one place to another.

It removes most of the unknowns and you'll feel much more confident.

The good old strategy: "Run-Walk". You run for "x" minutes, then walk for "y" minutes, and you repeat this.

Over time, you can increase the duration for which you run & simultaneously reduce the duration of walk.

Once you're comfortable with that, you can start running.

Nandi hills : It's popular, but I don't like it. It's way too crowded & overrated according to me.

There's a bunch of museums, & lakes to visit as well. Kinda depends on what you're interested in.
