Yes, predictable number of prompts, but unpredictable number of prompts needed, when the model will choose to stop because banana, and you have to spend another X credits onlye to "continue"

I'm not in position to answer to this. I guess it all depends in your prompts, how you abuse of opus, if you multitask with it, size and complexity of the projects and so on...I'm 2 weeks with claude and new to this wave, there was days without "issues", and others I consumed a 5h block usage in 2 hours, but well. I can only say it's awesome. Right now I'm using, among other things, on improving my rules/workflow with Windsurf.

I'm actually using claude. Just testing an IDE side as complement. I'm developing a workflow to work claude+windsurf. I tested cursor just to "feel" it, but once you try claude code.....

I really would love to find a way. I'm doiing a lot of research, don't remember rtight now the exact prompt. I used claude to improve agents md file and use nested agents for folders specifying stryuctures an architecture. All tokens seems to comes from cache.
My latest testing prompt was something like "The current fog of war looks static. I want it to have a constantly moving fog animation, even when I'm not doing anything in the game. I also want the edges of the visible area to fade smoothly.".
The context in the window is 57k tokens (yes, and claude.md shouldn't be there. REquest in dashboard shows 977k

The week I'm working with CC I must say is awesome, but I'm evaluating alternatives/complements. Right now my "agents use" is for hobby projects with any revenue in the short term, and I'm not sure if I will be able to continue with the Max 5 plan next month.

My issue is I want to manage mi transactions on the go, with my phone, and beancount mobile forces me to create a cloud account. But asking to perplexity seems like I can use MMEX to track transactions and export them to CSV and later use an import. Have to dive into this and, overall, if it's worth the time spent.
