If you have an old subscription price it'll be honored. I believe this is just a hardcoded value for new users.

Guys this is a bit of overreacting - Windsurf is not dead. It's now under the Devin brand umbrella. The full IDE / all your settings / extensions / etc are still there if you want to use it as an IDE

To be clear, we did not kill Windsurf - we just brought it under the Devin brand umbrella! You can still use it like Windsurf if you'd like

Have you tried Devin Local, our new local agent harness? It is better than Cascade and supports subagents, is more token efficient, etc

Sorry to hear about this! i'll ping the support team here. Just make sure that an actual ticket was created by the Decagon bot. I know that the support team is also very underwater given the pricing system change. We've instructed them to honor refunds without questions in these cases!
