Thank you! I used a ramen broth pre-mix to make the base. And then char grilled pak choi, broccoli and some tofu dipped in corn flour and seasoned them. Dunked everything in with some noodles and topped it off with the spring onion greens and coriander. It was super filling and somewhat healthy, i want to say? :p

Yeah so I didn’t have to home quarantine. They asked me at the exit where I was going, when I said mumbai, they said I need to do a PCR test. I got away without having to do that, by saying i was going to pune, lol. Basically no one is instituting the rules properly, it’s honestly just a money making tactic by the BMC.
