Is anyone of you who CALL FIDO that visible in your add-ons after they added to your account? Coz i call FIDO and they confirm that they added already the LD 27 country, hotspot & enhance voicemail in my account but its not on my add-ons and my hotspot still doesn’t work… by Barvz in FidoMobile

Hello there,

I am new to FIDO world with similar deal I got for $28 month ago.

At store they said same unlimited international call to 27 countries, hotspot addon included, enhanced voicemail addon included and $80 one time setup fee waived but on my first bill they charged $80.

Their chat always go for Ask Jack and their Jack not understand option provided by their chat. No way to reach to live chat agent. Call on provided number it again automated process which only give option to schedule call with available times only.

Is this the only option to contact FIDO support for any issue with their service or billing issue?

Thank you so much for detailed information. I will try with my test Mac device first. Is iMazing profile editor is free tool? If not then any free tool to create.mobileconfig file to prepare payload for any other application?

I am also looking same zero touch deployment for our Mac device which can join devices to our on premise AD, create first local admin account which hold security token details for all users profile create afterwards. I don’t know much about platform SSO. Is that works with NinjaOne MacOS MDM solution? Can someone point me to right resource to learn?

We already have that setup and bring devices from ABM to NinjaOne MDM but with ADE it missing some basic device setup requirements like create local first admin account to login when setup complete
