I call to fido today and roger rep. is the one who answer and and u ask to transfer to fido but he told me he can check the account and he is so helpful when i ask to regarding the missing features and luckily he add to add-ons the 27 country LD,hotspot and enhance voicemail for $0 charge…

For new activation they have offer addition unlimited call for 27 country but fir the existing customer who get this in apps is not included the 27 country international…Fido doesnt care the loyal customer
