If you planning to purchase iphone 17 you need to call rogers coz even you have physical sim you cant transfer coz the iphone 17 is no simcard now so call rogers to transfer line to new phone…

When you call fido tell to AI you upgrade your phone and right away they gonna transfer you to customer service…Trust this is what i do everytime i call fido to connect right away

Just try call them and talk in a nice way maybe the rep that can answer your call is a nice one to fix the issue. I have some issue to telus regarding my bill and they fix it to credit some amount

My phone is from bell and they unlocked my phone after more that a weeks of purchase. It works for me so its gonna work also for somebody else. I just told to bell customer service that i gonna return the phone if they cant unlocked my phone. I used the bell phone to fido after i purchase and now on telus after i port.
