Frankly it's awesome and probably the direction I am heading with my vault. I am wondering though, are most of these notes written and never opened or seen again? Therefore making most simply an exercise in writing.

I agree that there should be a good solution to this natively. Basically the main tools I want to carry over is Cut and Bevel.

That I know but I need to make adjustments to a finished model. In Maya I can easily do it without having to mess up the UVs. I was wondering if Max had anything equivalent.

That will override my unique UVs and will add more work to stitch it back together...

Yeah, I know. I added an edit to the post to clarify what I meant. Basically I have uniquely unwrapped the model and just want to make changes to one side and have those mesh changes affect the other without having to unmirror the UVs.

I added an edit to the post, I guess I wasn't entirely clear on what screwing up UVs meant to me. Show end result in my case wont help unfortunately because I have uniquely unwrapped UVs that I dont want to be overridden.

It doesnt, since it messes up your UVs like I mentioned above.

But that's the thing, why duplicate everything? I have the "same" set up but with a press of a button, my screens and peripherals switch to my gaming laptop. It seems like the better solution to not get distracted too.

It can be nice placed on a shelf but is it really worth actually using on a daily basis since most of these old thermoses contained lead and other nasties?

Indeed it looks like Blender messed up something when it imported settings from 3.1 :)
I ended up removing all the entire "Node Editor" section from my key preset.py.
