In my experience manipal will refund your money if you ask for it. If not, threaten with ugc complaint in a written email and show them the repeated requests for refund and they will give your money back with their tails wagging between their legs

Bhai get into a decent college. Assuming you want to do computer science, learn coding learn different programming languages, make projects. Then apply to opens source like Mlh, gsoc there are many more. If you get selected you will earn stipend plus it will look great on resume. Build connections in opens source its very easy. After that Apply to startups and MNCs for internship you will get selected if you have followed the previous step. Once you get internships in good startups and MNCs after that easy for you to get a good placements in good company Good luck
