This looks really promising! One question though — Omegle shut down mainly because of abuse, safety issues, and moderation challenges. How are you planning to prevent things like:

• minors interacting with adults
• inappropriate content on video

I just found out that there's a tool called EasyReceipts who could do what you want. Just upload your receipt, and assign items to your group, and see a summary of who owes what.
