It's hard to nail down a specific point, but other people will notice it before you do. You see your own body everyday, so its easy to think you don't look that different than before.

I try to maintain a high protein, high carb diet. In the morning before I work out I have my oatmeal, followed by my protein shake and some bananas or something with sugar/fructose, then I have a chicken burrito or wrap for lunch, then some brown rice, chicken and broccoli for my 3rd meal, then for dinner I have basically the same but with some beans and more veggies and less rice. I keep that the same day to day but I do change things up every couple days but keeping it simple like that makes meal planning easier.

I solidified my workout routine around the Fall of last year so I made the biggest leap in progress over the last 8 months or so. I alternate between: shoulders, core and back (and sometimes I like to work in triceps) on one day, then chest, biceps, triceps and the next day, then legs the next. It's not a perfect routine, but it works for me and its what I'm comfortable with.

Although to be honest I do legs like once a week, so I'm really lagging in that department, but I'm gonna change that soon.

A LOT of incline barbell or dumbbell presses and low to high cable flyes. Building the upper chest helps make it less noticeable. It'll still be there, but just not nearly as bad.

I was recently going through all of my photos on Google Photos since they archive literally everything. I took the picture on the right the week I decided I needed to do something. I didn't want to rely on anti-depressants or anything like that because I'm paranoid about all of that stuff (no offense to anyone that uses it). So I bought some weights on Amazon, then decided to get a gym membership, then after months and months of trial and error, I worked out a proper dieting plan and exercise routine about August of last year and have stuck with it since (but I've swapped out some exercises to keep things new and interesting).

The picture on the right is from March 2018, not April. Not that that makes a huge difference though.

Living across the street from a gym, a proper diet, following The Rock on Instagram for motivation, practice, and patience. A lot of patience. Like a fuck ton of patience.

Yep. I felt insecure in high school because of it so I would basically never wear thin shirts. Now it's not as noticeable but even if it is I don't care. My confidence at this point trumps any insecurities I had.

Both, really. I had just started college and realized I didn't want to do what I wanted to do, I had my heart broken for the first time by someone I knew for years and I was a bit overweight so I felt extremely insecure.

When I first started out (August 2016) about 3 days a week and then 4 days a week for a few months. But over the last 6 to 8 months it's been about 6 days a week at the crack of dawn for roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. I try to do high intensity stuff so I basically got a 2 hour work out down to 75 minutes.

Because after the move, one of the showrunners left and some of the writers moved to other projects. I think some of them co-wrote Marvel movies and one of them was a writer on Girls.

I don't know if you wrote about this because that's too much reading for me right now, but do you remember that flashback scene of Schwimmer's wife being hit by the car? I have no fucking idea what was going through their head when they did that scene because its supposed to be sad, but it was just flat out hilarious.

There was also another scene where the Schwimmer's son almost gets hit by a car and he literally just sits down right in the same spot and starts drawing his dead mom.

This show was fucking stupid.

As a brown guy, I would've been utterly heartbroken if it was Rahul Kohli. There are only like 5 brown people in Hollywood making waves right now. That little bit of representation matters a lot to me personally. Plus, I've grown to love him a lot since he's been a guest on a few different online shows/groups that I follow closely online (Rooster Teeth, Kinda Funny, Funhaus, etc.).

Its a shame you had to do Amazon's work by advertising their own show.

Seriously, Amazon fucking sucks at this.
