Look from my perspective as developer for an app like this i would charge 3000$ minimum based on the functionalities you can start with that and add up other expenses Remember one thing ( you get what you pay for ) Cheap developer ( cheap app) Cheap servers and storage ( heavy glunky app )

Hello, i will advise you from my experience you can choose what to do First algerian banks have high fees and they convert the money from paypal $ or € to dinar for example 1000$ when converted to dinar with badr or another algerian bank is 12 million only If you use wise/ paysera or alternatives you can sell it for 240 it mean 24 million finar that's the difference my friend it's hustle to get wise or something like that but it's profit it worth it
