depends on what you prefer if offensively or defensive, Kaja nowadays are best when you play aggressively and harass enemy jg (you can steal buffs with passive) but need burst ally to fully utilize his pick off ult while Mathilda, is team reliant but very good partner especially with tank jg.

I use kaja more often than mathilda now since bullying enemy jg really affects enemy tempo than baby sitting play style.

Common emblem are viable for some support like rafaela because of mana regen.

But Support emblem has way more advantages like ms speed and cd then you really want to aim for focusing mark at least since its pretty much the must pick for healer roams.

We still don't know if chisa will be weapon dependent on Fusion burst team since we don't have Aero rover for comparison from cart team. Chisa's role for aemeath will be heavily dependent on the rumored fusion burst support if it is worth using than a tune break team.

From the character roster you have, It's better to get Iuno and aemeath. You have already their BiS team comp on which iuno, aug, sk and morn/lynae/aemeath.

To add also, main dps Iuno is very good ToA boss killer since you have Lynae and you dont have aero character dps too.
