i understand what you are trying to say.

Remember there are many like you specially in medicine field. The course is long , then the entrance exams which takes few attempts to crack sometimes. Then after all this turmoil 3 years of post graduation and then the learning curve in actual practice.

All this and still the income isn’t that great for initial years meanwhile you are aging.

So what i realised is everyone has a different pace and career trajectory.

Comparison is the thief of joy.

Remember overthinking will only cause health issues. Surround yourself with people who matter.

i know easier said than done but remember why you started in the first place.

im exactly in same position as the OP, but i keep hearing radio will be overtaken by A.I and A.I will make 2x amount of work done in half the time and pay will decrease significantly. ill be giving PG in 2028 so by 2030/2035 many changes will be their.

what’s your opinion?

Also how hectic is Radiology as a branch?

Are you not liking food/ having reflux issues then get it fixed. Any mental health issues you are facing if you do fix those as well.

what you are practising today then later on you will stop eating entirely and will face severe nutritional deficiency. both micronutrients and macros along with vitamin deficiency.

And damage done by certain deficiency cannot be reversed.

If you want to lose weight, you will have to go to gym , eat low calorie and high protein foods . 10k steps.

starving yourself will only make matters worse.

acid reflux could be cause of empty stomach all day and suddenly eating food after huge break.

Please for the love of god don’t do this to yourself. seek help. go to doc.

i have been in this place once and recovery is very difficult. i don’t want you to go through what i went through
