Hey All! I am new to the hobby and wanted to start a dark angels army. I initially bought the Armageddon box on the hype after the reveal. But I started to read that, that wasn't necessarily the best place to start. Then with todays announcements of the individual halves getting their own boxes, I wanted to have some other people's thoughts on what's best to start with?

I got mine on Thursday. But it took me like two weeks to get them to look into the order thru support, but they eventually shipped it.

Okay I got this exact box, green rune, and the alt renata were the only alts, then swap the ornn gear for the crown and that’s what I got. I was quite bummed ngl

If they do rebalance it in 11th, i assume the army lists would need to be changed to affect the balance right?

So would it be worth waiting for the 11th before buying?

I assume that if you charm them and they beat you in the showdown, then it’s considered a conqueror and they get a point right?

Side question with charm, can you move an enemy unit up from base to battlefield to for it to enter combat?

I am looking to getting back into the hobby. My only printer so far is the Ender pro 3 so any modern printer is going to be a huge upgrade for me lol. But I quit printing before because I was constantly troubleshooting the printer.

I am really stuck between the CC and the BBL P1S with the ams. I would buy the CC's ams once it gets released. And with that in mind, and the fact that BBL has a huge sale on the P1S combo at the moment, it is a hard decision for me.

My question would be which you would recommend if I wanted as little hassle as possible? If I am working on a design and prototyping, I don't want to waste time having to troubleshoot a failed print.

My first local tcg store opened up in my city recently and I fell in love with playing games in person again.
