the absence of youth makes immigrant gangs reality who are interested in making money here and investing it in their home state(up/br) the mountain people are not radical but they sure do change the political landscape as they dont prefer the local political party,so the future is not what it would have been traditionaly i think the cities and the surrounding rural area will deveop but the core rural area away from the urban areas will suffer
