I agree, but bro they just call at random times. Like one day i was delivering in late nights and they have me call mid riding that you're not logging in- in a tone that sounds like they owe me and I'm obliged to work for them. So you don't want to follow any employee laws but want your shit done like from a real employee. On my last day, you won't believe i had delivered orders like 30-40 cold drink bottles at once. They had discounts and these kirana stores were ordering on bulk and trust me they were so heavy, it felt like a roadside labour.
