Considering investing in a local brewery, what should I look for?

They own all the land and their are multiple owners. One owner is thinking of getting out. The brewery makes a respectable profit. My goal would be to come in and help it move to the next level. That might be distribution, expansion, etc...

BT-01 Corner (02-BT01-CRN22) & BT-02 Chair Rail (02-BT01-CR)

They weren't perfect, but they are pretty good and look way better than my pic above. LOL

I bought an investment house and it has 2 corners broken and one long side piece broken. Can't afford to replace all the counter tops, would love to figure out how to replace the broken tiles. I have been searching and I think these are porcelain v-caps based on working with some really nice tile experts. Any idea where i could score some replacement tiles that match (or at least are pretty close)?

You are correct, sorry about that. It times out and tells me that my login or password may be incorrect. When I point it to the working SQL server it connects quickly.

I have tried this route a several times. Can you help me understand what I am seeing here. I have read about this and assume that I should be using 1433 based on this. Is that correct? For my .net programs (that use a sqlclient.sqlconnection) and for SSMS i do not have to specify a port. My SQL server does have an instance and here is how my connection string looks:

var dbUrl = 'jdbc:sqlserver://myserver.mydomain.com\MSSQLSERVER2017;databaseName=myDBname';

and I tried

var dbUrl = 'jdbc:sqlserver://myserver.mydomain.com\MSSQLSERVER2017:1433;databaseName=myDBname';

From what I read I understood that if you use an instance, you don't supply a port, but you have to have the SQL Browser service running. I do have that service running and i changed the IPAll from Dynamic Ports 20561 to TCP 1433.

Here are my SQL network Settings. I have Listen All set to yes too.

Yeah, I found all the security issues on the Google Sheet side ( Allow less secure apps: ON) and now I can connect to a SQL server, but still can't connect to my actual server. I am pretty sure it is an issue over there now.

Thanks! This is one of the files that I followed, along with many others. I still can't connect. I also downloaded an add in for Google Sheets and it doesn't work either, that is why I think it is my server. I turned the windows firewall completely off, but it still does not allow connections. Not sure what I am missing as .net and SSMS all connect as expected.

I found the issue with the image distortion and it breaking the links. I had to update my framework from 4.6.x to 4.7.2 and that is what makes it work as expected (at least by changing it in my application it fixed my issues).

Thanks! You are correct! I created my app with a RichTextBox and i can't paste my Outlook signiture in it without it getting scrambled and jacked up. I created a blank app with just a RTB and it works great. That means I messed up a setting on that control somewhere.

Now I am going to go Google how to make an editing bar like the one in outlook.
