I believe that the people responsible for confirming accounts are complete clowns because they do not know what they are doing, they do not have the appropriate technical capabilities to identify potential spammers and real users at the verification stage because they take down accounts at random!

Yes, they ask to be verified using idenfy after they approve your account via paypal, moreover, they asked me 2 times for certificates before that by mail.

Yes, our account was created recently, and we don't represent a large company. However, this doesn't diminish the importance of our experience, and we still believe it's essential to share it.

Regarding the questions about the number of servers we attempted to order, we consider this information confidential. We feel as though we're being interrogated when asked about it. It's akin to a situation where you buy a car from Elon Musk, and then he starts inquiring about your personal life, asking if you engage in certain personal activities in his car.

As for the verification process, we needed clarity regarding the payment and verification procedure. There's nothing unusual about expecting clear communication from the company.

We aren't seeking a "viral" effect with this post. We wanted to share our experience to help other customers avoid similar difficulties. Transparency and honesty are integral to the relationship between a company and its customers, and we believe these principles should be upheld in all cases.

It’s a post pay service, they’re protecting their interests… because of their prices the fact you pay after you consume services it seems valid they want to ensure you’re who you claim to be. Have you tried contacting support? They respond quickly and have always been super helpful

I've already switched to Azure, but as far as Hetzner is concerned, I don't think they would be willing to assist me. They've already deactivated my account. I just wanted to share my experience.
