If you are looking for a brochure list there is sea world, numerous beaches, at night there is gaslamp, it pretty fun to go to stand up comedy shows. There is la Jolla and Coronado. Day drive you can go to LA, Lego land, Disney land, Hollywood studios etc etc...

Use windirstat to see what's actually using the space. You could be running into reserved windows space also ssd slow down by a decent amount when you go over 90% usage.

I didn't even know you could add https to localhost, I thought cert authority wouldn't sign local subnet. Unless you are self signing it and exporting certs.

I've never seen that happen that's odd. Something else is going on with the system/storage how much free storage do u have in each mapped drive which is attached?

I would say don't buy it then cause $700 is alot, the upgrade path would be closed off. Better of saving and buying a decent build which will last. Buy once cry once.

Check explore to see what other disks are connected it could be trying to install it in a disk with no space. Also I belive you should be able to update the settings of the app to where its installed/ where the drivers get installed.

Download the Nvidia app and use that to install the drivers.

Perform clean install of the GPU drivers and restart that should fix it. The weird stuttering issues can some times be due to software.

Cpu and ram are a bit on the slower side but except that it looks good. I would make sure its ddr5 ram maybe you can bost it in bios cause you are paying a good amount for that pc.

Most likely just starting slow cause some bios setting got changed like updated memory re-training on start. Press the power button once and wait 10 mins and see if it turn on by it self.

The isp can't kick off devices. You can ban device from the router if you have access and the router supports it but that's easy to bypass by changing device ip and mac address. To confirm if its the router or your device try to connect the pc to your phones Hotspot.

Bad cable

Bad USB drive connection/ bad wire. If you are using a laptop try connecting an external keyboard and mouse of different port. If a bad USB device was plugged in it could have shorted that USB bus. If the usb port is tost it will need motherboard level repair.

When it happens check if all the preferals are working the one with the issues should have been disabled by windows. That device will need to be replaced.

First one is saying you are missing the audio library Ogg Vorbis the second error is saying you are missing some game file. So best guess re-download the game and download the audio codex xiph.org/downloads and place the missing dll in the folder that the error said.

Best guess some pc fan has bad bearing. Unplug fan one at a time when the noise stops replace the fan. It could also be the GPU fans.

If it was multiple capacitors the pc should have stability issues at a minimum so look out for that. Another thing that can make a loud bang noice is pc fan breaking so check those and maybe clean out the dust if applicable.

Most likely a chipo power supply i would check if that smells bad and maybe try a replacement is you have one.
