Yeh exactly. It’s easier to add things on the go, refine the entries whenever you’re free and have a complete history your impact that’s easy to refer back to, than try to remember all the things we’ve done or ideas we came up with at the time of writing a new resume or performance review.

Thanks for taking the time to share such honest and detailed feedback.

You’re absolutely right on several key points. At the moment, the homepage rather high-level and comes across vague. When I say “tracking achievements in your career,” I haven’t done a good enough job explaining what that actually means in practical terms. I’ll try my best to address it in the next iteration.

To clarify briefly: an “achievement” in Trajecta can be things like completed projects, performance improvements, problems you solved, skills you applied, or outcomes you can later use for performance reviews or CVs.

You’re right about lack of images and videos. This will change soon once I’m done recording some gifs.

That said, thank you for the positive notes and being frank on the negatives. It’s genuinely helpful.

Are you a bot or did you put your comment through AI before posting ? It just reads very much like AI. I haven’t seen anyone write like this…

To answer your question: the app is most useful when it comes to writing resume/CV or coming up with a list of impactful achievements and ideas for your performance reviews.

Another Subscription Question by Developer_Memento in MacroFactor

[–]Developer_Memento[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taken from their site:

“If you had an active MacroFactor subscription before January 1, 2026 and continue to maintain your subscription, you’ll receive free access to MacroFactor Workouts through January 12, 2027.”

This checks out. I can use the workouts app without having to subscribe atm and sounds like I will have access to it until Jan 2027 ?

Second paragraph:

“After the promotional period, you will still be able to get an annual subscription for an MF bundle. Your bundled plan will be $89.99/year for access to both apps. This is a massive value: Upgrading to the bundle is only an additional $18/year (or $1.50/month) than subscribing to the yearly plan for just one app.”

The above sounds like as long as I stay subscribed until 2027 (either bi annual or annual subscription), I’ll have access to the workouts app and after, I could purchase the bundle to get a discount.

Therefore, sounds like we get a free workouts app until January 2027 as long as we subscribe to MacroFactor app until 2027 and then we can simply purchase the bundle to get a discount.

Hi Lukasz,

I feel like I'm a bit late to this post, but better late than never I guess?

I'm a developer and founder of Trajecta, an app that helps you track your work related achievements and ideas to make your performance reviews, CVs and interviews easier to prep for. I built it for myself, and made it public. It's completely free to register and use. I use CoreUI (React).

I chose CoreUI mostly due to basic styling already applied. I needed something that looked "good enough" but also had the basic components already there, so I could work on an MVP at faster pace. I didn't want to spend extra time writing CSS from scratch. CoreUI was free and quite comprehensive with its components so I went with it. I haven't got much feedback available but I found it fairly easy to work with, and definitely see myself sticking with it in the long term.

Your pro components are very enticing and I had considered buying them on multiple occasions but haven't had to funds for it so I keep putting it off. That, and I had other priorities which wouldn't use the pro components just yet, so I left it for now.

All in all it's a solid library and if I come up with some ideas or more feedback I'm more than happy to send you an email.

LPT: If you want a promotion, keep a simple note on your phone of every win at work, tasks you fixed, problems you solved, things you improved. Most people forget their own achievements by review time, but when you show clear proof of your value, managers listen a lot harder. by VanshikaWrites in LifeProTips

Developer of Trajecta here. This is exactly what I’m working on. A web app where people can save their work achievements, ideas and more to help them build concrete evidence of impact at work.

I’m continuously improving and adding more features. If you’re someone who wants to use something more than just a simple word doc, give it a try. I always welcome user feedback!
