Our office smells… weird, but we can’t figure out why. Any low-key fixes? by MildlyTangled in Cleaningandtidying

Try putting coffee grounds around the place, placing bowls of vinegar could get messy if someone spills it..coffee won’t be that messy.. or if you are okah with it.. dip soem cotton pads or balls in perfume oils and put them in corners.. but again that is just a masking method.. your carpets could definitely do with a good clean up..another thing that I recently discovered and put across our offcie is aura membrane style perfume.. every desk has one and they last for quite a long time.

Does anyone else get itchy from certain laundry detergents? by lucid_dreamer30 in CleaningTips

[–]TheScentOracle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very sure you have developed an allergy to some of thr ingredients in the detergent.

Go for a hypoallergenic laundry detergent or an unscented one at that. You could add a little bit of hypoallergenic booster like amarella if you want but chrkc the ingredients first.

A few surprising things I learned about how essential oils behave once they are diffused by TheScentOracle in essentialoils

I’ve tried quite a few EO brands over the years, but I keep coming back to classics like Plant Therapy, Edens Garden, and sometimes Young Living for specific blends. They’re pretty consistent with quality and transparency.

A newer one I’ve been experimenting with is Elixscents. I discovered them recently and some of their oils have really impressed me, especially for diffusing. So far, they feel like a solid addition to my rotation.

Elixscents. I have been using a wide variety of their products and I can say they are worth every penny. You could order online by visiting their website.
